DREAM charter school has been doing some amazing things for kids in harlem, ny. any chance we get, we have to brag on the insanely talented scholars and the educators who make them dream.

their eyes lit up as they told us what they wanted to be when they grow up—doctors, scientists, mathematicians, artists and more. the walls covered in college pennants and teachers constantly showed the kids that they would be there every step of their journey to college.

the school’s mission speaks for itself: “DREAM charter school develops life-long learners who make positive change in their communities and the world…”

"positive change" is not a statement to be taken lightly and to show the kids how big a positive impact their art makes, we took them on a VIP tour of bloomingdale's flagship store in manhattan, where the Artists saw their finished Artwork, part of our first ever new york city capsule collection. witnessing the kids’ reaction to their drawings of iconic nyc images, like taxis, the statue of liberty, the brooklyn bridge, and the empire state building, come to life was a powerful experience for everyone.

DREAM charter students are going places. we know it, our friends at bloomingdale’s know it and most importantly, the kids know it.
